I've never been to Taco Bell either, but now that you mentioned it, I did google Taco Bell for Romania, and it seems we do have the franchise, and two of them are in the mountains too, so if Heisenberg were there, he could actually have some, lol!

He’s from the UK, so I don’t think they have Taco Bells. It may just be an American thing. Edit: looked it up and there are a total of 29 Taco Bells in the UK compared to a 7,000 in the US
