as soon as u step into the foyer there should be a wow moment. there should be a gorgeous view, or stunning staircase or something. most people buying a home will make a decision as soon as they step in and the rest of the tour will support that initial reaction.

Im a sicker for floor to ceiling windows. In my old house there was a big picture window in the living room that was perfect for my dogs to lay next to and watch the neighborhood. I just didnt realize how much their noseprints and slob would be left on it😩😂😂. Congrats on the new place. Hope there won't be too many more delays for you guys so you can start making it home.
