Currently 4 AM, woke up to really bad anxiety once again.. was feeling light headed thinking I was having some type of heart failure without being able to ask anyone for help. It gets to the point I start noticing every little thing I feel and search up the medical conditions matching the symptoms I feel and only worsening my anxiety. Took my anxiety meds and managed to calm me down but still needed a friend, this video put me at ease and has made me feel so comforted that I’m sleepy again now. Sending sm love and mindfulness to everyone who struggles with similar situations as mine. I hear, feel and understand you. It can get so intense and hard to deal with, sometimes all it takes is to be told you are going to be okay. We are strong for pushing through. We are going to be okay. We are protected. We are safe. Everything is okay.

Ugh, i do this exact thing almost every night. The immediate self awareness to every little thing you feel is miserable. Currently feeling it ;-; its so odd/interesting to me that everyone shares the similar "oh no my body is failing" thoughts and fear

The fear that I am dying, the hyper awareness of every part of myself from my heartbeat to my pulse, the impending doom, the thinking I smell burning. Thank you so much for this video 💗 this is going to be something I come back to a lot. Hugs and love 💞

I don’t know why but I get really anxious outside the house. I feel safest at home and it’s my first day at college today. I am fortunately close to my college so I can walk up and it will be less than a half an hour walk but I’m trying to get used to going back to school again. I left in February to work on my anxiety because I couldn’t even leave the house, but now I can walk into town and I’m trying to stay at school for a whole day. It’s definitely getting better. Today is just an introduction day and then I don’t have to go in until Wednesday. I know I can do it I just need to convince myself that I won’t be sick cuz I get nauseous and physical symptoms with my anxiety. But I’m more than half way through the day so I can do it. Thanks for these videos. They always help me calm down!

This video is a little old but I just want to let you know i really appreciate it. I’m currently having some health issues and as someone with bad anxiety this can be an awful experience. It’s been 2 weeks with this problem and this video is helping me a lot. I was looking forward to summer so much but i’m feeling hopeless now because I’ve been isolating myself, canceling plans, and having no fun due to this problem. Its been a huge let down and very upsetting for me. Anyone going through something similar i feel for you. We’re not alone in this. When you said “chill out chill out! No. you don’t need to chill out.” You soooo helped me 😭 you’re so right. This validated a lot of my feelings. Its ok to have anxiety and feel stressed. The important thing is to remember it’ll pass. It always does. We’ll be okay. Even if it feels like it wont right now it will! Its ok to lose your composure and freak out sometimes. Let it out. Who says you have to chill out???? Feels strange saying this as im currently having anxiety, but I know it’ll be ok because it has before. Whether its your health, academics, a relationship, someone else’s health or relationships, anything, i promise you will be okay. Everything will be alright. I hope we can all get through this together, and i’ll keep you all in my prayers. God bless everyone and remember, everything can be done through god. Hugs and kisses to you all ❤️❤️ we’ve got eachother.

Even though I know I’m fine, I don’t feel fine. But I’ve got my phone, water, stuffed animals and two close friends coming over soon so that’ll be fun. Just trying to calm myself down. Thank you for your anxiety support videos, these always help.

Anytime he acts even slightly differently than what he usually does I immediately panic because I cannot stop the fear that he is ill and is gonna die just like my childhood dog.
