Karyn Bryant caught up with Quinton #Rampage Jackson after his fight with LHW champ #JonJones at UFC 135, and got his thoughts on a number of things, including: how he feels about Jon after fighting him, why he thinks "Rampage" didn't show up for the fight and what he does feel was working well for him even in defeat. Rampage also talks about the danger his next opponent faces since he worked so hard for this fight and got himself in the best shape of his life. Most of the time when I lose a fight I dont watch the fights.... I'm not a fighter so maybe it's fighter dependent but I would think watching film of your opponents and of yourself would be optimal for any fighter ESP in losses where naturally you have more mistakes to learn from to fix and adjusting accordingly----- any thoughts would be appreciated

@JDMMA1 Yeah, maybe Lyoto. I think the key for Lyoto would be to be able to avoid being taken down. If Jones gets on top of Lyoto it would be really bad for him. But i don´t doubt that Lyoto might be able to be fast enough on his feet and with his hands to compensate for the disadvantage in reach. So if Lyoto could keep it standing it would be an interesting standup battle i think.
