The British took control of Kashmir, after the Anglo-Sikh war & then sold Kashmir for Rs 7.5 million to Gulab Singh. Hari Singh acceded Kashmir to India. During the Pak-India war on Kashmir, India presented the Kashmir issue to the United Nations. China occupied Aksai Chin after a war with India, and Pakistan handed over the Trans-Karakoram Tract to China. India occupied Siachin after the war with Pakistan.

You mean Ladahk [KASHMIR] or Tibet? In year 1000 Ladahk owns Aksai Chin which was independent. China (different empires ruling over) was making mess of their own (did not even border with Ladahk (Kashmir) but with Tibit. Aksin always have been part of Tibit or Ladahk (Kashmir) Late years was 1834 Dogra-general Zorawar took over this area again after the Munghul empire and stayed till 1947 under Kashmir. The English came only 1846 and did not rule over Aksin or Kashmir but sold it off as one like it was when they took it. Check the history yourself. Check the Treay of Chushul. Thats the lastest border agreement between Ladash (Kashmir) and Tibit.

Good video but some facts not reflects true picture, raja Harisingh was not bought Kashmir from Britishers for consideration, Jammu, Kashmir, gilgit Baltistan were originally princely state of Harisingh, Ladakh was earlier dogra king Ranjit Singh, Punjab province ruler acceeded by Britishers and handed over to Indian Union, Aksai Chin was forcibly occupied in 1957 by China, kharakhoram valley was ceeded by Pakistan to China in 1966, siachin was under occupation of both India and Pakistan on either side, when war broke out in 1948, Kashmir was already joined Indian Union in 1947, India forced retreat of Pakistan army from Kashmir territory, but Nehru gave up the gilgit, baltistan as territory not adjacent to Punjab (Indian) and finally plebiscite is not the solution for Azaad Kashmir, but negotiation and talks my dear sir, pl correct me if I am wrong thanks

In India there are 20 crore people who follows Islam in Kashmir they are more than one crore they follows Islam they are called as Muslims so Pakistan wants Kashmir the Maharaj Hari singh singed Kashmir to India due to Pakistan illegal occupation so india want Kashmir there is no seperate indigenous communities like Pakistan in Pakistan Punjabis balochis Sindhis phasthuns and Brahui saraiki Urdu speakers and in India there are lot more languages it,s a mini world Dravidians (telugus malayalis kannadigas tamilans from South India) there are more northeastern peoples with different languages north States Punjabis Hindi speakers Bengalis Kashmiris in central india and west orisi Marathi Gujarati and different dialect of Hindi speakers so the base for the problem is caused by British India Muslim League the educated peoples of this party like Mohamed Ali Jinnah wanted land with the name of religion Pakistan Jinnah he clearly described we not live minority (Muslims) we constribute 70 percent in northeastern today Bangladesh and North Western 1fifth area in vast region of the subcontinent and tells 4fifth Hindu majority Hindustan in British rule so Maharaj of Kashmir remains neutral independent third country in 1947,s so where is the problem the problem in peoples mentality is religion caste white black behaviour these are the main reasons for division of two big nations so youngsters from both country's took revenge against both government and work for unity of both nations we are all created from nature our first god our second god is parents mom and dad and then only other beliefs.
