help. Shouldn't matter & it doesn't matter. I don't know why but many artists are gay. Its not a lifestyle id choose,,,but it wasn't a choice for many who are. I've known people who I know were born gay. Its obvious from the time they are toddlers. Its confusing to me also the " Christians who are so offended. I thought God Didn't make mistakes.

I have been researching Freddie since I heard of the movie Bohemian Rhapsody. Freddie suffered in the end yet through his music his spirit was never broken. I am fighting cancer and am so Blessed to have found Freddie,Queen.. I had shut the door on music and now I listen to the most unique wonderful voice, ever!I HAD ONLY HEARD WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS AND A FEW MORE,A BIT BEFORE MY TIME. I have started dancing with my kitchen stool or a cane,am I crazy? Maybe,but a beautiful man who I know is singing w/the angels,has lifted my spirits!!! Sorry for length. There are so many young people who will never turn off their rap or ?,which is fine,but sad...A singing Angel is famous again and I pray they hear his voice. I love music! I love Freddie and I now am loving life through this pain and in/out hospital because of Freddie and QUEEN...

This is exactly why he worked so hard, giving his all on his records & during the concerts. I am thrilled that you’ve been given his heart & made it a part of you. @@wizzerwizly I watched a video of Freddie singing and his voice was blown,yet he even was on one knee holding the mic w/both hands and singing trying to hit a note. A lot of bands may have canceled,but they did not have Freddie,who would give his all hoarse or ? Because of his passionate desire,fans did not boo they sang to him and w/him. that just doesn't happen a older cousin of mine took me to see Fleetwood Mac once and one of the singers was so hoarse and kept going backstage and coming back people were booing and I could not believe that fans would boo Fleetwood Mac I was young,but I can tell you I have yet to see Freddie booed. Freddie's fans were his air that's why when he called out to hear them he often but his head all back as if he were being re charged by an ay oh...

One of the best bands on the planet. The singing - WOW!! The music - so beautiful it was beyond explanation. "Bohemian Rhapsody" was so perfect, I cried the first time I heard it. Johan Helberg I hear you, and I grieve that you’ve given up on and condemned a man who so obviously needed love and acceptance for who he was. He gave all of himself as best he could. Jesus, of course, understands him, died for him too, and it is my prayer that not one sheep is lost.
@kathryncnc7
@kathryncnc7 4 жыл бұрын
Johan Helberg I can see you are very well-studied in the Scriptures, and that is commendable. While I would not want to add or take away anything from the Bible in its entirety, we are told that much more about Jesus and His time on earth was not recorded. A very memorable sermon I heard years ago described our relationship to God as a relationship to a gift box. Many of us receive the gift but never open the box. Some of us open the box, admire the gift, but never take it out of the box. Others take the gift out of the box, fail to read the directions fully, and use the gift improperly. Finally, there are some who remove the gift, study the directions, becoming first a novice, then a serious student, developing expertise and masterful understanding, receiving the full benefits. For those, some keep the box in case the gift has to be returned for some reason. The rest throw the box away, knowing the gift is forever. The minister encouraged us to see that the Gift is God Himself in the person of Jesus, and we should never keep Him in the box, and never limit Him as to what He will and can do to redeem one precious sheep who is tangled in a thicket. Jesus was born into our world in time and space, but when He returned to Heaven, He threw off the shackles of time an space and His abilities are unlimited....the one true Super Hero. I pray for the day when ALL are rescued, redeemed, and the Great I AM enjoys all of His Creation forever and ever, and I mean ALL. Amen and Amen. Thank you for the conversation...go in peace to love and serve the Lord.

One more thought. As the thief of the cross was told by Jesus as he was dying, “This day you shall be with me in Paradise. Only the Father knows the true condition of a man’s heart at the last millisecond, so how can we possibly say someone is definitely burning in hell?

But....something, someone came to him and stopped his dreams. " - You Will not to marry! You'll be a gay." Theo stablisment, who intendet to destroy our civilization. Theo same sutuation has came to another band some months ago. He, the man who Freddie talk about in Bohemian Rhapsody, as "I see a silhouette", and the figure has black hat and black coat, is the exactly the same who the singer and lieder of the other band discrebed manu years ago. He refused obey not to marry and bê a gay. He and his familly was in danger to death. But he could go away, change his name and, in a little city, live under an unknwon man and sing in a little church. More than 20 years later, he gave um important Interview and talked about all had happened. So, I don't belive that Fredie was bisexual ir gay. He was just a Man. And he exposed this "monstruosity" by code on many lyrics of his songs, as Bohemian Rhapsody. He took by himself the crudelity reality to protect your lover Mary, your familly and the others in the band. Make a good search for yourself, and you'll find what I mean.

How do you get that feeling from him ? You mean when you are in the same arena as him watching him LIVE? Even then, how do you mean? How does that work? So he is singing LIVE to a crowd of let's say 20,000 and you are there amongst them and somehow you get the feeling he is singing just to you? Or you mean you can relate to the Lyrics of his songs? That's different because you are just referring to how he is singing the songs and his delivery and not the content of the songs. So this is not making sense to me because I don't think it is possible to get that effect. Or are you saying when you are just listening to Freddy's songs on the radio ? But that would not make any sense either.

I knew every song & as I got older, queen has always been my favorite band. In high school and in uni, I wrote research papers on Freddie and Queen. Aced them. I’m disabled and bed bound so I watch all things Queen, Freddie and the band. Question: Why did we only see Brian and Roger working on Bohemian Rhapsody...but John Deacon was never shown to participate in any of the movie or the current bassist movements. He’s so quiet and kinda just disappeared. I guess when he said he was done....he truly meant it.

Scheherasad These guys will probably be together until their last day. Brian is 72 and I’m sure Roger is close to that. I don’t know when they plan to retire the band, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it is 2020 or 2021 because that would be 50 years of Queen. That’s what I would go for if I were a living band member with the lead singer passed away and the bass player retired. I know that Adam Lambert is going to go on and do more of his solo work.

Key West i’m glad to hear that they were in the USA because I know The band didn’t tour much in the USA in the mid to late 80s because Fred was sick, & Fred was also mad because MTV band of their video. “ I want to break free “was not banned from MTV for very long. It was only for a couple months because I saw it in 1984 when I was 16 years old. 😂😂 I was born in a regional city like a Mayberry and we all thought that video was hilarious😂😂 There may have been 15% of the people here in the country that is near their noses but 80% or more of the people loved it and got a hoot out of. I thought that the boys were just having fun and they definitely were.

I saw Queen about 35 years ago, simple stage production. Went and saw them last night. Truly a fantastic stage presentation with Adam Lambert. Lasar lights, stage lights, videos, and animations show how they have gotten bigger and better, production wise. Adam held true to not trying to be Freddy. Fun show, for 2 1/2 hours of non-stop music. They played their hits. In awe of the newer show, compared to what I had seen 35 years ago. I totally enjoyed the show, and had good seats. No nose bleed section for me any more! Worth the money, in my opinion.

I’d seen them at Live Aid but that was it ! Reading the posts an interviewed ! Such an amazing group ! And a man that died too young ! He was a lost soul looking for love in all the wrong places .. He was never ugly ! How could anyone say that !! Great Body ! ! Great front man ! Beautiful eyes ! He was both shy and magical ! A different persona on stage !! I never understand why people are so judgmental, so horrible, don’t think his “sin” was way worse than yours ! God sees all sin as equal and none of us are sin free ! There never will be a man or group like Queen ... He was and is a great persona ! A very kind person, a great friend, bandmate, He lives on in his records ! Videos ,
