Стандартное железо диаметром 105 мм.

The vaunted 127 stator is not much better than the 105. Have you seen the new 90 mm motors on the Manilov Canal? In fact, they turned out to be no better than my 105 mm motors. Yes, the torque from my place is worse. But on one of my engines you can drive more than 100 km / h, whereas the Chinese 90 mm motor barely gains 95 km / h, or even less. You can't fool physics. Moreover, if we compare the quality of manufacture, which also affects the result, then Chinese motors are again at a loss

For sure yours motors are much better...!!👌 What if.... YOU build a 127 mm stator motor, but with top speed winding....🤩😳 127 stator motor have more copper (22×4) .... What if you build an "ALEXANDER" Motor with 30×3 winding or 45×2... 😁 Isn't going to be powerful, with top speed around 130-140 klm...? 🤔 Of course with bigger phase wires... or double 8 awg for each phase....🤔

@@antonypartaliMy friend, the 115 stator is much better than the 127. There is much more copper in the 115 stator than in the 127. And the larger the stator, the fewer options for choosing rubber, and the more weight. I’ve been working on the design of new engines for six months now. What’s in the video is just working on mistakes and new design solutions.

@@Alex_Electro_Custom_KRD you confused me...🤔 I know that the 115 stator can take more copper than the 105 and 110... But you told me these motors on video are 105.. Except if you are now on a new project with 115 stator motors and you will show it in the future....😳 When all this will end and i can buy motors from you....😟 I believe you so much Alexander for your motor experience.... If all ends you will sell motors to all over the world!!!! You are No1 ☝️ my friend!!!

теперь понятно кто скупает гирики.... :) для аналогичного мотора по диаметрам, скажите, сколько считаете нужным намотать на 60мм мотор проволоку толщиной 0,5 сколько мотков и сколько в жиле. спасибо. какую резину натянули? у меня моторы 60 в ширине, резина 13-5,00-6

а какую резину ставят на 10.5? (На 9см, я так понял, 12" от дуалтрона подходит) а резьбовую часть явно длинее надо, т.к. рычаги на такие моторы широкие надо изготавливать чтоб дропы не поломало...

На 105 мотор можно поставить хоть 12*4.5-6.5, хоть 13*5-6.5. Можно РМТ 130. Все варианты садятся на этот мотор как надо

@@Alex_Electro_Custom_KRD спасибо за наводку, про пмт 130 не знал даже. а ценник на десятку гуманный? P.s (хотелось бы поставить ,но пока только мечты, не понимаю пока как конкретно в моём случае амортизатор на широкие рычаги поставить...)

Last months most of the powerful DIY scooters trying to find and buy motors with high top speed (max rpm) .... Please make a motor that will go around 150 klm Most of the Controllers they use are for 300 phase amps to 500.... Everybody make Chinese guys rich because they don't have other options...🤷 Show to the world who is the e-scooter motor KING!!!!😁😘 Also we must find a way to buy your motor!!!!🤔

I have already started working on such a scooter. Yes Yes. This is not a motor. And the entire base, which was initially made for such speeds. Most off-the-shelf scooters are simply not suitable for them. Is it dangerous. And the dimensions of the motor will be such that they will not fit into any frame

90 мм в среднем около 6 квт. 105 мм на кило - два побольше. В пике оба мотора вполне выдерживают в районе 20-25

А какой напряжение что моща 25кват? Или пик это 2 сек и харош? 33 жили это примерно 130ампер батарейного, ну допустим батарея 20с это 84в в пике не щитая просадок, это 11 к ват. Ну допустип не продолжительно выдержут 150а это 12.5 кват, ну пускай 15 даже при большем напряжение или токе. Но чтоб получить 25к ват то какая сборка акумов должна быть то, вольт на 150 минимум ито даже при 150амперах будет 22кват или сколько там, а при относительно комфортных 130а нада 200вольт. Тогда вытекает вопрос при 2 витках намотки и 200 вольт напряжения какие обороты мотора? Скорость в холостую наверное под 300 км/ч)). Реально интересно как делаются ращеты по вливаемой мощности.
