kasundi | कसुंदी कैसे बनाएं | kasundi recipe in Hindi | Bengali style kasundi | traditional kasundi

kasundi is the Bengali variety of Mustard sauce . It's pungent flavor makes it unique and quite interesting. In India we use it as a pickle or chutney along with main course. It can also be used as an ingredient in many Bengali Mustard based recipe. We can keep it for 6months. Today we will make kasundi in a very easy way with basic home available ingredients. Please try this recipe and let me know your feedback in comments section.
Ingredients:
*3 medium size raw mangoes ( around 1/2kg )
*8-10 green chilies
*2 inch ginger peeled
*Mustard oil 1/2 cup
*Yellow mustard 50 grams
*Black mustard ( Rai ) 50 grams
*Fennel seeds 1 tablespoon
*Turmeric powder 1/2 tablespoon
*Vinegar 1/2 tablespoon
*Asafetida 1 teaspoon
water
