Indeed. She’d dress for the day and the next day you’d see her style copied on the H&M mannequins. I think that’s why she did the Top Shop stuff, because they were copying her look any way. She’s one of the few if not the only model I know, who has her own, innate sense of style. She can put a look together on her own and it becomes a classic. In one of the other videos John Galliano says she taught him so much about proportion. She’s someone, who knows fashion. She sets trends.

Yes, I was there to witness the true supermodels of the 80’s and 90’s starting with Gia Carangi, who’s story is so sad, yet so profound. Then Cindy Crawford came in and they use to call her “baby Gia,” because she looked so much like Gia.
