Katie P. is another one of my favorite AA speakers. Her story contains a powerful lesson about how just "putting the plug in the jug" can leave someone dry and insane as ever. She is truly an inspiration, and such a wonderful example of a strong woman in recovery!

I loved this whole talk(and related to 90 % of it!!!!!) but when she got to "SELF-DELUSION" around 1.00 - oh my goodness. Just printed out the pages in the BB and will take some time to review them. Talk to God about it and probably my sponsor! I don't think listening to this today was a just chance. Thank you!
