Looking for sweet treat inspiration in London? Here are four delicious ones we enjoyed on our recent trip…
📍 Bilmonte, Soho - @bilmonte.london - The most amazing ice cream stuffed brioche buns with whipped cream, gelato and even a little cone of melted chocolate you can tip on your ice cream. This was massive, the video doesn’t show how big it is (we tend to share the sweet treats between the 5 of us so we can enjoy more in other places 🥰).
📍Boolay, Seven Dials Market - @boolaycrepes - I think this is my third or fourth visit to Boolay in Covent Garden and it still never disappoints. I’m a huge crème brûlée fan so anything with crème brûlée included is a massive yes from me. These crepe cones are simple but so good. The queue is often long (although we were lucky this time and there was one other person in front of us), but it’s honestly worth it.
📍Humble Crumble, Old Spitalfields Market - @humblecrumble - The amount of times people have recommended Humble Crumble to me over the years cause they have a crème brûlée one, but I don’t like hot fruit (kind of the main part of a crumble 😂). Then we walked past and I realised you could just get the biscuit and topping of your choice so basically just crème brûlée and biscuit. It was absolutely amazing but of course you can have lots of different choice if you have fruit too.
📍Bubblewrap, Old Spitalfields Market - @bubblewraplondon - My kids favourite of the sweet treats we had, these bubble waffles were delicious. We had ours with lotus biscoff, whipped cream and gelato, and it was amazing.
