@GCN: Pasta Frolla, is a mixture of flour and other ingredients such as salt, sugar, butter, eggs, spices, ... I think in english it's called pastry dough. The pastry is a sweet dough used to make pies, cakes, biscuits and many varieties of cakes to be baked in the oven. :) We now know team Katusha riders are very gluttons!!! Well, I deserve a GCN bottle for this :P

ITALIAN SPEAKER HERE: Pasta frolla : cake/ biscuit base. It needs a couple hours of fridge before using and it can be conserved very well in freezer. Easy to make and super sweet even though, if you eat too much of it, it could be very painful for your stomach :)

Always appreciate these bus/truck tour videos. But I imagine these state of the art vehicles would consume so much natural resources per day, water, electricity, gas etc. At the end of every stage almost every rider would keep pedaling for a bit more to "warm down", usually near the team bus or truck. Why not hook those warm down bikes to an electro magnet setup, and connect that to a battery, that way the electricity generated can be used to power the bus/truck/car, even if it's only partially. Wouldn't that make the sport even greener, even if it's only partially?
