Wondering, if you invite Ollie to visit your home, will he be opening up your medicine cabinet in your washroom to see what’s in it?😉 As some with OCD, I love this series as it allows me to see how others organize themselves. Very useful, for sailing, as sail boats have very limited space for what you need, especially, if you intend on taking them out on the ocean. Thank you Ollie, keep up the good work.🙂

So the CCC men's team has this big huge truck full of a this expensive stuff. I am curious what the CCC team has at the at the Giro Rosa for the women's team. Do the lady racers also get the nice Cadex wheels and equipment?

Nope, The ladies CCC team does not have Cadex wheels. I just found a photo of Marianne Vos just after winning a stage of this year's Giro Rosa and the wheels on her bike said "GIANT" rather than Cadex so it seems the CCC ladies team does not get the latest kit.

Great video this one. Got me thinking, how do the mechanics cope 1) when tour stages start hundreds of km away from the end of the previous one and 2) at the Tour Down Under? Do they have multiple vans around the world (and therefore (many many) multiple bikes....)? I know in F1 they have multiple garage setups stored around the place for the flyaways. Maybe a wee world-tour video, for you Ollie?

for a first one, stages cant be hundreds of km away before previous because the UCI regulates that it cant be more than 2 hours of travel i think. Second one - European teams rent all the car fleet for the event. The richest ones can tape this rents vehicles just for race.

Moment of thought: the propel, the flat stage bike has disk brakes, the 2019 model of the tcr not (2020 model has) why would you put disk brakes in a bike that mostly doesn't need to brake, while you put the rim brakes that break a little worse, in the bike that it's expected to race the long descents after the mountain stages?

Pros seem to be going all in on lightweight kit at the tour this year - do they know something we don't?? they all appear to have an option for a well under 6.8 Kg bike - no simple counter weighting those - they will need to be weighed with full water bottles!
