hi don, thanks for the review, great work as always. ive always wondered why no ones engineered an Electric Unicycle style devive to use as a stationary virtual mobility unit. i love my EUC, when you get used to leaning in the direction you want to travel it feels very natural and fun. i think it would be a great half way house between nothing and fully functional treadlills, 3d rudder had somethig vaguely similar to what i mean but the guy clearly never used an EUC so went in a different direction with his design.

Hi , is that for pcvr only or for quest 3 standalone aswell ? Is it possible to use just trackers for walking on place and can you do it in all games ? Walking in vr is the only thing that i miss in vr for now .

They have an adapter you can buy that allows for standalone of quest.

Yes you can jump and crouch and it has settings in the Kat gateway software to translate that into the game that support the device.... And no, I don't have any plans on doing a video to show that functionality but it does work.

Thanks for this - I agree the dish/bowl for movement looks too small to move comfortably on. I wonder how this would compare to the exitsuit from an immersion perspective?

Slide walking on the Katwalk looks pretty labor intensive. Too bad it is so (understandably) expensive. It would be nice to be able to “Try before you buy”

This looks exhausting. I get the idea, but the execution is pretty poor. It looks really chincey.
