For their 1st sport sxs this thing is awesome.... wheels/tires, shocks and suspension, looks, lighting, interior layout and engine were all addressed nicely.... Sure 112hp isn’t huge but for Kawasaki it’s a good start.... They’ll get more out of the engine when they’re ready.... This KRX is an instant competitor in the naturally aspirated sport sxs class and, personally, I think it’s one of the best from the factory.... Good job Kawasaki! Show us the 4 seater!!!

Living in Arizona, such as yourself, I can see the top speed being a minor issue for a few reasons. IE, using public roadways to connect trails, faster smooth desert trails riding with faster machines etc. I imagine an ECU re-flash and mild tuning/exhaust might push it up to the 75-80 range. I've been on the fence for a while and have the means to buy anything I want, but the reality is I will probably just trail ride and camp. This might be the ticket, or a Talon.
@DerangedOffRoad4 жыл бұрын
You make a good point about the desert trails, but in reality I believe most spend their time below 50 mph most of the time. So the KRX or Talon are great options for all around use. Either of these machines would be great anywhere. I do believe the KRX will be better in the rocks if you like that kind of riding and the Talon probably has a little better top end speed for open desert. -Garrett
