What's your thoughts on the Z900SE that was just announced? I agree with you on exhaust sound. Running a de-catted full header requires a full-size muffler, not the mufflers designed as a general slip-on (because those are designed to run with a cat, which does a lot of noise reduction before the muffler). I do like the Leo Vince sound, but I'd be looking for the "Factory S Carbon" larger pipe. Larger muffler with more internal space/packing makes a deeper pleasing tone.

Honest answers, though, haha. What kind of gas mileage are you getting? Do the mirrors vibrate a lot? How high up on your body does the wind go? What other mods do you want to do? Did you reflash the ecu? Where did you install the usb charger? Would you consider an aftermarket seat? What kind of tire life are you expecting?

@@lovelessissimo i bought myself a brand new kawasaki Z900 almost a month ago. I had a few of those questions myself. My bike is stock meaning no exhaust or ecu flash. I do have some mods. But in stock form I'm getting honest 44 mpg to 48 mpg. I reset my trip and mpg Guage every time I fill gas. I do ride my bike from 75 mph to 90 mph and sometimes I push it to 120 mph. I don't baby it but I'm not super aggressive either. Sometimes I challenge myself to get better mpgs then the tank before ( a bit crazy I know ) I've just done my 600 mile service at the dealership where I got it. I'll do the rest from now on. But if you do change exhaust and ecu tune, I guarantee the mpg will change, most likely get high 30s mpgs. Because you have now free up mo power baby. Personally me... im keeping my bike stock other than cosmetic mods. I want to be quiet and stealthy. I have a yamaha road star cruiser and it's loud, so this will be nice to be silent ninja and not attract attention to myself, I you know what I mean 😉. Hope this helps. I'm happy with my bike, it's smooth, clutch is very easy and forgiving, easy to work on, fast and torque, light and agile, good fuel economy, fun bike and fun bike again lol
Sorry to hear that bro. I did adjusted my clutch when I got the bike to make sure the friction zone was set perfectly so I don’t grind the clutch plates. I do that with every bike !! Hope you were not popping wheelies the whole time lol 😂
