Mate....????? Honey 🍯 in coffee ☕???? Seriously 😆 🤣?????? Must be an 🇦🇺 thing..... Love your videos. Greetings from Spain 🇪🇸

If you like coffee and good honey it is a conclusion that you eventually will end up finding, there is no way back. Many of us do this sacred combo around the world, it is an outdoor people thing.

Ha ha made me laugh , guess its not for everyone but I love it , have my own bee hives , guess honey is sugar and most people put sugar in there coffee anyways but yes us aussies are a bit different he he 😉

Mirage drive makes quite a difference. Without it I think I would carry a small back up motor. Awesome footage of one of the most beautiful places on earth.

Certainly does , I am in the process of getting a backup drive to store incase of breakdowns

Hey mate great video, I'm sure you just accidentally said the wrong thing but check the fish size limits.
@Sail2spear2 жыл бұрын
Yes mate , check the description , had already put a disclaimer about the size , even though I checked the fish on my size limit I said the wrong thing when filming and didn’t pick up it until after I had released it Thanks for watching mate

I believe you would love a wider hammock, that allows you to lay diagonally ( that is The thing) such as a DD Frontline XL or a ridgeline hammock such as henessy, or warbonnet, or any other similar jungle hammock. Some people say that the ridgeline is to keep the same tension on the hammock ( through different hang distances)but it is actually a "comfort gauge", you seat on the hammock and must to be able to bend the ridgeline with your fingers, that is the sweet tension hehehe. Also, considering your style of camping, after you try a 4mx4m tarp, there is no way back. The small portions of milk on the tiny boxes just blew my mind.... how I've never thought that before?! It has been 1 month.... It says that it is 3/4 video, so I hope you are well mate.

Always open to trying new things , I’ve heard great things about the Hennessy hammocks , is that what you use ?
@aranha93652 жыл бұрын
@@Sail2spear I use a dutchware Chameleon, that is pretty similar to a hannessy, yep they are great.

Loving your videos. This is a great series because travelling with the other guys adds another dimension. We have a group here that do similar around SE Qld, Moreton Bay and doing Humpy/Keppel later this year. There are certainly advantages if anything breaks!! What do you use to keep your esky cool for the longer trips or is it just to keep prepared food bug-free and from spoiling short term? Everything I have used only lasts for 3 days max and then the esky is just another heavy lump of gear to lug around!
@Sail2spear2 жыл бұрын
Always great meeting other local kayakers , maybe we will cross paths down the track , I’ve recently just removed the esky from my kit after the last trip, was mostly to keep beers cold but on this last trip was just a storage vessel after a few days , I just use frozen bottles of water then drink it when it thaws
@glennsmith3692 жыл бұрын
@@Sail2spear Thanks, Mark! I share the dilemma - hence my question. I carry frozen items and a few drinks in a small 10L Evakool but, as you say, after a couple of days, it's just a sealed storage box. Now you've ditched the esky, you might need to rig your hammock a bit lower or find another step!!

Best thumbnail ever... it just screams Australia! I was curious about something, how long can yo hold your breath (related to the spear fishing)?

Really love this picture too , usually any where between 1 to 2 mins depending on my dive fitness , prior to this trip I hadn’t been diving for months

Yank here, what is a green zone?
@Sail2spear2 жыл бұрын
A green zone is an area sectioned off the marine park authority who govern the waters zoning to protect it (great barrier reef marine park authority ) green zones are a no fishing zone and completely protected Hope that make sense ?
@braxtonrussell9982 жыл бұрын
@@Sail2spear it does. Do they alternate or is it always the same areas?
@Sail2spear2 жыл бұрын
@@braxtonrussell998 it doesn’t rotate which is a shame but atleast there are some areas for the biomass of fish stocks to build up , do you guys have restricted zones over there ?
@braxtonrussell9982 жыл бұрын
@@Sail2spear Not really...in my state of Virginia you can pretty much fish all of the ocean. Every state has its own laws so maybe in more tropical areas we have similar rules. In other news, really love your videos. I want one of those kayaks so bad...
