Hey Kayla! I love this video and give me a visual of what to buy each week or just in general. I was wondering if you could post a “budget friendly” video for when you go to the store. Which store gives you more bang for your buck especially which food prices going up! I’d appreciate it. Love love love all your videos! I’m also part of your fb page :)

If organic is not always budget friendly refer to the clean 15 and the dirty dozen to see what is more important to get organic so you can save money on the clean 15 items by going conventional for those. Organic is always better but some of us can't always afford to buy completely organic. And shes right leafy greens should be organic and avocados not as crucial to have organic :). Great video! Thank you!
@alexiss6804 жыл бұрын
Anything with a skin you don’t eat ( banana, lemon , avocado...) does not need to be organic. Things fragile to grow( apple, peppers, berries, lettuce, spinach , celery) should always be organic. Aldi’s has many organic fruits/ veggies at a reasonable price and they are moving towards ALL organic .
@monstermcboo72824 жыл бұрын
Bananas especially should be FAIR TRADE whether organic or not. The people who grow and harvest our food deserve to be treated with human decency.
