Totally love this. I am guilty of always finding myself NOT relaxing and holding my breath as you mentioned. Going to try to place a small candle in front of me to focus on. I always associate candles with deep breathing and relaxing so I thing it will be a good constant reminder to STAY RELAXED. Thanks for the great video.

Thank you so much for this! I tend to get out of stretches extremely slow and this helped me with going faster AND flexibility, also who knew hold A stretch for more than 30 seconds doesn't even make the much of a difference!

I love this stretch. My only suggestion is with the black leggings/black mat combo you disappear into deep space and it's hard to see sometimes which leg is where xx

Hey, great to see you back, kayleen! Hope you have been well! This was really informative and helpful. You are amazing and knowledgeable. I have been making some amazing progress with my middle splits. Hoping to get back on the ice as a hockey goalkeeper in the near future.

I don’t know how often you check comments for slightly older videos but I was wondering if you have to tips for anyone whose arthritic and doing these stretches? I know warming up is important but anything else aside from that would be appreciated
