Having started running again after several years of injury and health issues this routine, and many of your others, are really helping me to get back in to it. Thank you! My lower body and leg strength has deteriorated and it would be amazing if you could do a session on leg strength with a bias towards running? Thanks again for providing such a beneficial and quality channel, it’s a game changer for me!

Are there any exercises/stretches you could recommend that might help a clicking hip? I do Pilates and have a hard time controlling my hip clicks in many positions. I think I’m supposed to work on strengthening my glutes and hamstrings? But I’m just fumbling my way through life so what do I know.
@keelan69983 жыл бұрын
My (front) hip also used to click, I think it was due to my hip flexors being both tight and weak, with some hanging leg raises / pulsing L-sits, followed by some stretching (with stretches from the Front-Split routine) it has gotten better! Maybe that helps

Hi tom, should we do this before or after running ?
@PedroHenrique-zc1zj3 жыл бұрын
After, when you are warm it will be easier to stretch your muscles
@Mikeeyy533 жыл бұрын
Also they recommend to only do dynamic stretching before running / workout. Only do static stretching like stated above “when muscles are warm”

Hi Tom, love your routines, I use them constantly! The videos are relaxing, you explain it very well, way more technicalities than 90% of KZbin and I greatly appreciate it. One point though- I noticed that with some videos, especially newer, you sometimes explain a lot just sitting there. Since it's a follow along, I'd like to focus primary on the exercises and listen while holding a position, not sit and wait to actually start the stretching. I think sometimes that time can be used slightly more effectively, but fortunately it's rare 😉 But great job overall!
