At first i did this consistently for a week and a half , then i got busy and try to do it atleast 2-3x a week! I can say that it definitely has helped me with mobility and flexibility , and my splits are way closer than a month ago!! ^^ consistency is key!

Omg i am so excited to try this out. Madeleine's workout and stretches always make me feel comfortable and it works on my body. Madeleine's channel is the only one i stayed consistant too. I just did the routine for the first time and I already knew I wasn't flexible but this showed me how inflexible I actually am. I'll do this 2x a day from now on, after waking up and before going to bed, I'm exited on how my flexibility will improve, thanks for the video 🤍🤍

I’ve been doing this routine before I do your pilates workouts and it’s so amazing! I’ve only been doing it for a couple weeks, accompanied with my normal hamstring stretches, and I’ve seen such an improvement with my flexibility already!!

Omg i LOVE this stretch❤ I do it every morning every day to start off and it feels so good and comfortable, and it’s such a mood changer! Instantly makes me happy and relaxed. My legs also feel so good and stretched afterwards so I will keep doing this until I’m able to do the splits:) I have high hopes for this bc Madeleine’s stretches are always the best

Hi there! So I've been doing this for 3 days now and it's so difficult, but I recommend you keep trying it's ok if you can't do it exactly just by doing what you can it's enough, day by day you're going to get better at it ❤

you'll see improvement! just be consistent, even if you don't do the exercises exactly as she does, do them in a way that you feel the stretch, and warm up a little before doing this. if you feel like your legs are cold warm them up first by doing some skipping exercises and massaging if you still feel them a little cold

You could use yoga blocks or a stack of books to meet your elbows higher up. Never force your body into something though, its best to loosen up gradually

You can modify the stretches and do them with bent knees! Over time you’ll get to a point where your legs straighten :)
