Hehe, Im from Norway. Many people think that kvikklunsj is a copy of kit-kat, but actuly kit-kat is way younger

Nope Kit Kat is older. Kit Kat officially released in 1935 Kvikk released in 1937 but Kit Kats were being sold early on in the 1930's as concept for boxes of chocolates.

THANK GOD - That ur one of those that opens the package correctly. Im norwegian and been watching some norwegian treats tastes and I literally HATE when people dont read the info on how to open it and just rips it open. Lol. The chilipeanuts are my favorite. I love them to snack on on a saturday night.

Kvikk Lunsj translates to "Quick Lunch" like in a fast meal. It is Norways most eaten "Trip-chocolate", for skii-trips and such. Love it

I have noticed that many European/international versions of American candies (and products in general) look like knock of versions at a glance, but quality wise look far superior. Better ingredients used in the production probably.

Do you now the priz on the "godis" you got from Norway are ? Nidar "bag" aprox = 7,50$ The cillinøtts = 6,25 $ Boble/caramell bar = 4,75 And the dobbel Kvikk Lunsj = 5,25 $ ! Hope you like it ??

Cloetta is actually, originally from Sweden, but i guess you could get most of these treats in scandinavia.. Keep up what you're doing, appreciate all your diff. videos!

That's not the case anymore. I would say that Cloetta are to be considered a "Swedish" company but do have about 2,500 employees in 13 diff. countries and is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm. The Company have leading market positions in Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, The Netherlands and Italy. History: Apparently the company first started in Denmark 1862 and expanded to Sweden in 1873. Only about half a decade ago, you couldn't get any really large chocolate bars in Norway. We've always had a tradition of keeping things small and simple here. And then the American- based, Kraft Foods bought Freya - Norway's largest producer of chocolate and candy in general. We've got large versions of everything candy, nowadays. In fact, they've completely removed the small sized chocolate bars that we had for several decades :P

There's no rum in Center. The chili nuts have no actual curry on, but the spice blend has some of the elements that goes in a curry paste, such as cumin, chili, garlic..

The "Cloetta" brand of chocolate is actually Swedish, but it sell a lot in Norway as well. Especially the Center. The Swedes have a bar-version called "Plopp"

The chili nuts are like 3 times better heated in an oven or something, during the winter I usually wrap them in aluminium foil and put them in my firepit for 3-5 minutes. Bars (good) usually serve them hot.

To you Norwegian candy aficionados, know that many Norgwegians (and people from Northern Europe in general perhaps) love salty liquorish! It's so good. Some classics are IFA Saltpastiller, Salt Sild, Panda, Heksehyl and (though not Norwegian) Haribo Piratos and Salta suttar. Yum!!!

Kvikk Lunsj is pretty much a KitKat yeah, but Kvikk Lunsj is much better xD Norwegian chocolate is the best xD The little birds on the KL is Freia's logo. I should try that Center. Bet it's better than Smil. The mouse/rat thing is coconut butter. Marshmellows are basically just sugar :P You should try Bamsemums.
