I was a teen in the 1970s. ☮️Loved it. May sound cheesy but I remember these danceable tunes and smile😊 music makes you feel good! Even clothes were amazing. And wasn’t all bell bottoms and tube tops. Don’t forget Halston, Gucci and Fiorruci ! cutting edge styles that are copied on the regular each decade❤

I was 16 years old in 1973 when all this excitement started. The 1970s were my favorites. I saw KC & his band in 1976 in NY. It was a lot of fun. It's a sad shame most of the band members have died. The white guy playing the guitar is Henry Finch. KC's former partner who turned criminal. Just glad that KC is still performing. I'm going to see him when he comes to the east coast.

Also if ya dig this song on youtube you may enjoy Where Roses Grow Live by Rez Band. I remember hearing the song by Led Zepp " In My Time of Dyin " during my drug years and made me think about death and Jesus. Then a hippy friend that dug Jesus told me more of Jesus love and forgiveness and how I could also know Jesus love. So in 1981 I cried out to Jesus and wow man He came into my life and I had and have so much joy and peace and now know that through Jesus when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. Hey Jesus loves each of you also and yall can know Him if you are at all open. Just cry out to Him and also read the Gospel of John in the Bible or check out the movie on KZbin. 😀
