I actually had to take a step back from platforms like instagram and Facebook because all you see is people's highlight reels in their life and you feel like something is wrong with you if you ever have a bad day or are going through a hard time. I find youtube to be so much more relatable and I love seeing both when people go through amazing times and also see what they're struggling with and how they're dealing with the situation. It helps me a lot. Because that's just how life is.

On your previous pay stub it might tell you what your hourly rate was. I have been salary for a few different jobs and it always breaks it down hourly on the actual pay stub (assuming you can see them online).

Keegan! The L’Oreal Paris Infalliable foundation in a powder has been my ride or die for years. It’s technically a foundation but if you just use a powder brush to apply it’s exactly like a pressed powder and it has amazing coverage. I highly recommend!

Hi Keegan! Just a quick tip from my experience (I work in corporate marketing) My job was listed at an hourly rate and at my company that just means you are eligible for overtime. Everyone who is hourly still works the same amount of time as people who are salary (40 hours a week). Hope that helps- not sure if you are in the same situation but might be good to clarify!

I will say with some companies the way they handle taxes and 401k and such you might bring home a little more if you accept a salary lower than your previous employer!! I was laid off last August and took a 5k pay cut with my current role and after taxes/401k/insurance and even having 20% go to my savings i bring home $200 more than i did compared to the higher paying job.

i don’t measure precisely but usually 2 heavy spoonfuls of pb fit powder, a few splashes of water (i keep adding until it gets to a thick peanut butter consistency), about 1/4 c of oats, and a handful of chocolate chips :)

Let me just say that personally, I relate to being “unemployed” while still having something to help tide me over. I moved across the country and it took me almost two months to find a job. While I was looking for a job I had a part time remote job that I was able to work but with that being said my income was dramatically cut so I felt like I was unemployed.
