If you have "dry eyes" it's best to use just a lubricating drop like Systane or Refresh. My eye doctor told me that eye drops that treat redness can actually dry your eyes out even more. Staring at the computer a lot is also drying to the eyes so lubricating drops should help that a lot!

Re: the vision and seeing the eye doctor. Check to see if your health insurance covers the visit. Sometimes it does. For example- I used to have vision insurance through VSP with a previous employer and it covered my annual eye visit/ contacts fitting but nothing else. However, I had a few things going on with my eyes in 2022 (styes and eye floaters) and my eye doctor ran it through my normal insurance with Blue Cross and it was mostly covered since it was considered a general health thing. Hopefully that makes sense! (Also I haven't finished the video so you may have already addressed this. My apologies if you have/ already seen the eye doc already! I just had to pause the video to tell you this.)

I don't think the text was weir at all but if YOU felt weirded out by it then don't talk to him anymore, you should ALWAYS follow your instinct. I would, however, tell him how you felt... I think it's stupid to just ignore a bad situation with a date, because you're just passing the problem to the next person. And maybe he truly didn't realized it was weird to say that. Of course it's not your responsibility to make him a better person but it doesn't take much to bring it up and make him notice what he did wrong so he can improve himself🤷🏻‍♀️
