I’m so happy for you buying a property. It’s a huge accomplishment. My dad told me most people don’t buy a house in their 20’s. It’s their 30’s with 2 incomes. For you to buy a house in your 20’s with one income is awesome. I bought my house in October 2021. Soon it’ll be 3 years. Save up money for maintenance and repairs.

Hey keegan! I was watching your video and heard you mention you don’t like socks because of the toe seams, and I thought I’d suggest Bomba’s! It’s a online brand that sells socks and they dont have toe seams, and they also donate socks to homeless shelters when you buy them so it’s a really good cause too. Are you getting a home warranty? It’s worth it. I had to get my HVAC replaced. I had to learn how to fix things around my house. My dad is teaching me how to fix things around the house. Have fun as a home owner. It’s not the same as a being a renter where you can call property management and have them do the repairs for you.
