Reminds me a little of my Caroline Wave Cannon Mk.1 in Chaos Switch mode. It's not 1-1 correspondence, but they are in a similar tonal territory.

Some sounds reminds me a lot of the apocalypse now soundtrack, which randy hansen made a 17 min long piece for.. so I think that's somewhat along the line of what I expect him to sound like with this pedal.

Coming back after seeing more demos of this pedal... you're totally amazing! You're the only one who got some decent sounds out of this pedal, the others (exept one bass demo) are just synth noise. Totally unusable. Don't know how, but man, you're an afro master of tone!!

That is one of the sickest pedals I've ever heard, I love to experiment with sound than just being a guitar player. I love to try out some sounds that I could get from my pedals and think of a sound that I haven't done before, like Kevin Shields for example. I might purchase this one soon.

You were clearly having fun with the radio sound that you were extracting out of that pedal. Geiger counter has that but doesn't have the variety of sounds as the Synth-1. Nice one Rabea.

What would be incredibly useful here is to play a clean uneffected portion with the pedal off, then turning the pedal on with the same notes played as the uneffected portion. It would give the viewer a much better idea how the pedal is interpreting and responding to what you are doing- particularly the more random-sounding aspects of the pedal’s output.

I just saw Buckethead a few weeks ago and he was using a BOSS Bass Synth-Wah pedal all night too. They're especially fun and wacky if you use a nice, nasty Fuzz with them, as well.

I REALLY like the tones this pedal is capable of. As always your playing is spectacular Bea, especially once you started playing the LP. This is one of the most useable sounding synth pedals I’ve ever heard as well. I can totally see using this as a songwriting tool as opposed to just making fucked up elephant noises.

Rabea, one question here. I saw you use the helix with Frogleap, did you guys have to use any hi cut/lo cut settings with those IRs by ownhammer and such? been tweaking mine and it sounds as if I have to cut everything above, say 8.5k otherwise it's just a buzzy digital mess. thx
