Personally tried almost half on this list. Was loving Things 3 again but life got more complicated and I returned to old faithful, Omnifocus. Not the prettiest but once you configure your system and flow, it’s hard to beat.

I am in the same boat. I used OmniFocus for several years in the early days and then started looking at these productivity videos which convinced me I was being left behind. Thus began a tour of these newfangled to do lists like Todoist , et cetera. Frankly, I hated every single one of them. And now I am back with Omnifocus, resigned to the fact that it's for keeps this time. I’m not even sure I agree that it’s not the prettiest, Todoist is hardly a looker and it doesn't even feel like an app. It feels like a Web wrapper.

Ticktick all the way 🥳 I like Todoist a lot too but the Eisenhower matrix on ticktick is the main feature for me. Cross platform compatibility for both 💯

I moved from TickTick to Todoist due to the fact that Chinese company TickTick has refused to implement any type of 2FA security mechanism despite multiple requests in the support forums over several years. Security should be a top priority.

If a client i work with wants to only use Google Sheets for To Do lists. Are there any apps that sync with Google Sheets?

Does someone know a to-do app in which I can give tasks an urgency and an importance rating and the app will create a prio list and a graph to show those in perspective ? Maybe even with changing urgency rating when a deadline comes closer. That's what I would like to have. Got an excel sheet and a table on my Supernote but a dedicated app with extra features would be much better.

Not sure why TeuxDeux doesn't get more love. (Maybe not as affiliate-profitable as others?) It's simple, uncluttered, elegant and affordable. Some of these apps feel unnecessarily overwhelming which can deter productivity. Thx for the informative video, tho.

It’s a great app, just harder as a fully fledged to-do app, it hasn’t got a list view, neither a way to capture. But it’s a belter, we actually just reviewed it separately. Can’t get them all in sometimes aha.
