Not only has it cost hundreds of millions to sort a plan to send just 100 people to Rwanda (if it's deemed legal), the Rwandans can now send their own refugees to the UK as well. #pmqs

It would be bad enough in times where people were thriving, but when the country is in a complete mess, nothing functions as it should and people are genuinely struggling. It just makes them all look totally detached from the reality that most of us face on a daily basis. I can only watch a few seconds of it, it just gets on my nerves how divorced from the UK that normal people now have to live in they all are.

Immigrants do not come to Britain for the food, or the company of you peasants. They come for the money. So, if I hear this correctly, we can send 100 people to Rwanda, but have to take refugees from there in return. We have to take back anyone who goes to Rwanda and commits a crime. And we have to pay for the refugees in Rwanda for 5 years. And still no explanation how this in any way 'stops the boats'?

Yes, but if Labour formed a government opposing Lib/Dems/SNP Coalition, then you'd have two working parties who have answers for each other in a polite and civilised manner, and they'd be able to work out what to do for the best, and for Great Britain and Great Britain alone. So as I understand it:- The threat of being sent to Rwanda was meant to scare migrants into not coming here. However if Rwanda is not safe, the plan is both illegal and immoral. So the new Rwanda deal makes the plan safe, thus loosing the threat value! However sending only 100 out of all those thousands arriving would anyway have only a minimum threat value, even if migrants could somehow be made aware of the threat! The above makes no sense and so the whole reason for spending at least £140M of our tax money can only be to save face following a stupid mistake!

The original deal was to sendf 200 immigrants a year over a 5 year period (1000 in all) So if you were an immigrant, you'd have more than a 99% chance of not being sent to Rwanda. Of course it isn't a deterent., However, looking tough to the target voters is the real aim.

So they are only sending 100 to Rwanda? so far it's cost £140,000,000 and a further cost of up to £120,000 to send each out plus £15,000,000 is being allocated to support the changes required, so the total cost of sending 100 out is going to be £282,000,000 is a staggering £2,820,000 each now that's cost-effective by their standards of spending as to spend close to £18,000,000,000 on the un-workable track and trace.

As has been said before. Having a clear strategy on legal migration and integration. A suitable policy to aid in stabilising region refugees come from (as many want to go home if it’s safe). Being able to set clear legal migration guidelines so that more enter the legal way, fairly and can be suitable dealt with. The current strategies penalise legal migration which we like and encourage illegal that we dislike. Spending a few million to consider cases fairly and expoditionally. I get the point of breaking people smuggler operations but why do something that harms future tax payers too? Remove students from migration figures as this is temporary so is misleading.
