The one thing I don't like is his comparison of the latte and cappuccino. Yes, in my opinion the main difference is foam, but the volume for a traditional cappuccino is different. Traditionally, the cappuccino is roughly 6oz max--it's a small drink! At some point, the amount of foam didn't even matter, the cappuccino was just a milk coffee beverage of a certain size.
