The Sports Illustrated article with what his teammates and former coaches had to say about him was very disturbing. He was so sexually creepy he made other men feel uncomfortable alone around him. Nobody wanted to share a room with him. I hope his victims are getting treated for their trauma.

Really? give an example of ANY state in the country that will put you in jail for nothing but simply possessing weed! Come on I’ll wait! There are no states that give life for weed! And in FACT, unless you have a lot of weed and are committing other crimes at the same time- you will only get a ticket for weed and sent on your way. I wish people like you would stop repeatedly blathering something that is obviously not true! It makes you look ignorant, immature and foolish.

When I see cases like this I really think about our prison system. This man will get out with much of his life still ahead of him. Our prisons seem to focus more on punishment and retributitive justice and very little on reform. When this man gets outs he will be even more mentally troubled than he already is, and reoffender rates are all you need to see. While I can understand prison as a punishment I also realize that many prisoners will reenter society, and all that time in prison will not be used trying to reform or help them, it will just make them more likely to end up going back to prison. I think our country could learn a lot from places such as Germany or Sweden, where there is a heavy focus on rehabilitation and providing resources to help people like this become functional, law abiding members of society. This guy may have some serious mental issues, and while that doesn't excuse his actions it does mean that without help he likely won't change after his sentence. A whole separate issue is the fact that he has a troubling statistical likelihood of being murdered in prison, which is not part of his punishment. The amount of people who die in prison is seriously troubling to me, especially when you consider these are supposed to be the most secure places and all the surveillance and security measures involved.

I am not sure, nor do I doubt he is guilty or innocent. I do state, such actions are unforgivable. If guilty, at not comprehending the word "NO"; what therapy did he not seek before committing such an act. And if the victim was a hermaphrodite, physically the damage is worst, added to the mental damage from such an experience. Just because it was not violent does not mean, the crime is less. With the world being as full as it is today. In short some people rather male or not, do not deserve a G.E.D.

Winslow went to my church when I was younger. His father, former Chargers tight end Kellen Winslow was dating a woman that attended the church. From what I remember he was a sweet, well mannered kid.

My heart breaks for these women. But the young girl; maybe now older.. I do not believe he did anything to her because he was doing things to way older women. Most criminals are not going to change the age of the victim they target by that substantial amount. Now if he did that to her first before one and 2 it would be different, but she clearly is after them. All I'm saying. But def rott in jail. But I don't think he did it to the younger girl is all im saying.

I don’t think he did all of that. And I think he may be schizophrenic. He was looking at something but I don’t think it was the audience. He took that fall so he wouldn’t get life. He knew he would never get all not guilty because of the first trial. He knew this was the only way he could not spend his life in prison.
