Muscles are healthy and functional - I think many people would argue beautiful, too. They burn far more fat than "nice thin legs", and they make it much easier to stay lean and active throughout your entire lifespan. It's a good general rule to be careful how you talk about another person's body - It's very personal and you never really know how they feel about themselves.

i truly love your workouts! I love how they're planned, how the videos are made. just everything. there's no unnecessary bits and pieces and the guidance through the videos is very helpful. I also love that there is no music in the background so I can choose the music I like, while listening as well to your "talk through". keep the workouts up! you're doing an amazing job!

It's an estimation range - calorie expenditure depends on a lot of different variables specific to an individual including weight, gender, fitness level, effort put forth, age, etc. Most of the population will fall into that range.

Awesome work outs! I just discovered this channel and have been slowly incorporating your workouts into my routine. I've been eating well, watching my caloric intake and riding my bike mostly (due to bad knee). But now these right in my Livingroom, sweet! Thanks oh so much for putting the weights in KILOs too! love your workouts but i'm not so good at remembering the lbs to kg conversion so having to look it up everytime takes away a few mins of my precious workout time. i'm on the 3rd week of your program for busy people and i am feeling more determined to finish it after each workout. following the Fitness blender program has made me feel better and healthier physically, mentally and emotionally as well. I cannot believe the audacity of some of these people commenting on Kelli's body. They need to focus on working out to improve upon their own flaws instead of scrutinizing Kelli, who is beautiful and has a fit and healthy body to aspire to! Thank you so much for your videos. I was so upset when I had to cancel my gym membership due to financial issues, but FitnessBlender has made working out at home fun and challenging. Keep up the great work and ignore the naysayers!

Thank you for saying to be careful of how you talk about a person's body. It is very personal. I've been underweight my whole life. I went to doctors & nutritionists, but nothing helped me gain weight. People constantly asked if I ate, said I had an eating disorder, etc. It made me self conscious and I wouldn't show my legs for years. People are careless with their words & can be very damaging without realizing it. Everyone should worry about their own bodies & keep quiet with the critiques.

Exactly Monica! As a 40+ woman I have been in the 110-120 range all my life and now that I have gotten older I have accepted it's my DNA and my metabolism. Life is too short and we only get one, so I learned to not let what other people think about 'skinny' get to me. A lot of people whom speak of it are jealous and it makes them feel good about themselves. We are naturally what others are in the gym paying to be and because of that, we're on top. Keep up the great work and work out :-)

Great workout!! My only request: leave a few seconds in between exercises to switch weights, I couldn't switch them fast enough to keep up with the reps unless I paused the video each time

My favourite video by you guys ever ever ever! It was tough! I had sweat dripping down my arms from my pits on the leg pulses & sweat in my eyes at the cool down. I'm dying to get a bigger, narrower but. Mine is wide & flat at the moment so this video was excellent & the length was just perfect. Well done guys :)

My booty was burning the entire time during this workout. I used 10lb dumbbells and a 55lb kettlebell for the swings and deadlifts. I don't have a bench to use so I used my dining table chair against the wall. GREAT WORKOUT, thank you Kelli!

I am sure the "can't spot reduce" is very much the truth. But my exp has been a bit diff. Cos previously also I have lost weight with other workouts from KZbin and I used to have straight lines. But now with FB workouts I have curves! And I am just loving it. Thanku again and again Kelli and Daniel for the videos which made a huuuuge diff in my life!

So I'm on month 2 of lower body circuit using FB Booty Part 2 (last month was part 1). This was by far the most challenging routine yet!!!!! Kelli, you will not believe the number of expletives that escaped my mouth during this routine! I really hated you the whole way through! Even during the cool down and stretch haha. I sure hope I feel this tomorrow and that my butt and thighs continue to chisel out and look BOMB.

This is the one of best ones I have done I did use heavy weight each exercise and kept changing the weight I have seen great results !!!!! I've done insanity and I've done other workouts but I've been mainly focusing on you Fitness blender because you to hit the whole body and you to not only do cardio but you also do many other exercise and hit every part of the body thank you very much for this workout videos I appreciate them very much and when it comes two reps it's fine to do them but just please don't do too many reps because then the video has another comment I posted can be very annoying but I agree if you want to put reps but just change a little bit. Hi Kelly. I hope you can answer this question: In your opinion, is it possible for someone who has a flat behind to pump it up with an on-going & challenging glute workout. Genetically, both my parents have flat behinds & despite what I do & I don't get any results. Any response you provide, would greatly be appreciate. Thanks for all the incredible workouts.
