Hi Kelli, I did this one yesterday and I'm so sore! Loved it. I have only one little suggestion for improvement: I've stumbled across some strength trainings where there are intervals where you do count to f.e. 10 repetitions and others where you just do the exercise for 40 seconds. I like the second version much better because you do the 10 reps just faster than I do and so I always have to pause the video because otherwise I'd be behind or I'd not do 10 reps. It's just a convenience issue but I wanted to let you know my thoughts! Thanks for all the great work you guys do and cheers from Germany! :)

This workout is good for anyone who wants lean, defined, thighs and a shapely, lifted butt. This is also great for fat loss in general because of the high number of calories it burns & the metabolic boost it causes. It's good for lessening or getting rid of cellulite, as well. Win win win. Anxious to hear what you guys think about the strength training/jump squat combo!

Just finished this workout again. I love the jump squats in between the rounds of strength exercises because it burns me out & challenges me so much faster. Might have to build another like this one soon :)

The thing is, I do not want to loose weight, I just want to tone what I have (I love my curves). So, I would like you to help me with the link of some of your videos. I want to tone my abs, my back (I have some fat under the bra line) and I want to make my legs thicker. I LOVE these workouts! I will be 60 in May! I can do most of everything still and am glad to be able to workout so that I can scuba, go on massive hikes (Half Dome in Yosemte), kayak and bike ride for miles!

One of the absolute best booty workouts. LOVE how it works all of the glutes. I did these back in 2016 for a couple of weeks and people at my old job literally looked at my butt like wtf?! And my butt ripped one of my skirts when sitting down - a serious side effect. The results are quick if you do this 2x per week and eat enough protein.

Warning side effect after completing workout: you are literally unable to stand on your own because your legs feel like jelly; side effects lasts nearly a week. My thighs especially, KILLER WORKOUT !!

When I first did this workout a couple years ago I could barely complete it and I could barely walk afterward lol. Since then I've been using FB videos 3-4 days a week and have lost 35lbs in the process. Today I complete this and not only was I able to complete it, I lifted heavier than before and it didn't kill me like last time lol. Consistency is the key and your body will begin to get stronger and you will be surprised at how much you can do now vs before.

Just did this workout in my room (used 20 lbs plate) and no jump squats, just regular. My rooms on the second floor of my house so I dont want to shake anything. Almost skipped today's workout cause I'm lacking motivation lately. Proud of myself, now I can sleep lol

So I just started your 1st 8 week program for busy people. This video had me SO sore. It really came as a surprise. I'm in pretty decent shape & getting through the workout wasn't bad... But this morning (after doing this combined with the 5 minute kettle ball routine) my lower body is really feeling it! Glad today's workout will be up or body!

Day 46. I LOVE THIS. I modified the jump squats to regular squats, did regular squats and sumo squats in place of two of the ski squats sets, and I also did 10 repetitions for everything. I love the burn, I love how much you can do in such less time, I loved everything, honestly. Thanks!

I am so happy you guys exist, I’ve been working out with you for nearly two years now, you’ve been with me through my eating disorder recovery and are still here now, I work out with you up to 6 times a week and I actually kind of “fell off the wagon” for a few months, but I’m back now, trying to get my butt back. I'm on day 19 of the Low Impact programme (doing low impact as I am recovering from glandular fever) so I just finished this workout. Not only am I slowly building my strength back up in a realistic way but I am noticing so many body changes already. My bum is getting higher and I love it! :D Thanks Kelli and Daniel. xx

Lol, so sore today after doing this workout yesterday. I can hardly walk. Those 5 jump squats in between sets really cranked up the intensity on this one! Thank you for this video. It's over six years old, but still going strong. Fitness Blender and Yoga with Kassandra are my go-to workout channels on KZbin. You both skip the chit chat, and focus on the workout out.

Just did this one today! It was tough but so worth it. I’m really enjoying the FB30 so far because I feel like I’ve worked harder than I have in the last year. Even my Fitbit says I burn more doing these at home workouts than I did doing group fitness training 3x a week!!

I've stopped working out for a long time now and I needed something to make myself get back on track: this was absolutely perfect! :) I did it with only 1,5 kg each dumbbells to begin with but I will gradualy add heavier weights during the next sessions. Loved it! Thanks Kelly ~

Love this workout regimen it hits the spots where alot of us women hv weight and cellulite issues. Im very curvy and I hv a big booty so its very important to do workouts like this one bc big bootys begin to sag or get dents if u dnt workout or tone up especially when u began to leave ur youthful age group. This video kicked my ass, but it sure makes it look great too! If you start doing this a few times a week, you are likely to start to see slight changes in your body in as little as 1-2 weeks, much more noticeable changes in weeks 3-6.
