I appreciate any rigid heddle videos, and I find this both relaxing and inspirational to do more of my own. Watching your careful manipulation of the weft placement at the sides makes me feel very present.

The rocking side to side first right side then left side creates frown on the salvages if you look carefully you have slight dips on both sides. Just pull straight back

Why the rocking of the reed when beating the thread? It has a rounded look. Just asking to learn new things.

I'm working with a finer wool weft and it can be tricky to beat straight when weaving it on a heavier warp - so I kind of wiggle the heddle a little to beat, it just helps me line it up.

To use a sewing machine pedal you just plug it into the machine and press down on it with your foot, like a car accelerator.
