From 2021thru 2023 has been such hell for me with losing my fiancé to cancer, breaking my leg really bad, almost dying, having back surgery. So this year, I decided to do something good. So far I've got a mental health awareness tattoo on my left wrist, my grandson's initials tattooed on my chest, and the beginning of the cancer ribbons tattooed on my arms. Last week I got a tat that says "FUCK CANCER" on my right wrist. This week I'm getting the colon cancer ribbon and the lymphoma cancer ribbon tattooed on my arm.

There is nothing ironic about the book. The book is about diet, mental health,etc. Not just mindless relationship gossip stuff.
