Yeah it goes to blood drives and disasters everywhere Red Cross does way more than the other charities don’t put them down. They are always the first one there.

I'm glad they all care about everyone in Nashville who was effected by the tornado's it's very sad cause most lost everything and has to start over so glad they have amazing people like them to help that really cares...prayers for Nashville residents effected in the tornado's.. stay strong

The Red Cross has time limits to helping individuals. Once 72 hours was up for me and my cat surviving a flood, my worker told me to stop calling him for advice because he had a real job he needed to get to.

My brother-in-law and his electrical crew have been to Nashville twice now, to help with what they can, since the tornados. Unfortunately, they are having to withdraw now because of COVID-19.

No one talks about All that Samaritan's purse is doing. You know it's a shame Samaritan's purse goes where no one else goes. The red cross only gives 8% samaritan's purse gives 100%. Why doesn't the US have a deposit / trust for these critical nature events? That's something that has always been a mystery to me. Tornadoes and earthquakes are common over there after all. Heck, you even call it a "hurricane season". With a "resource safety net" you could save up on a lot of thoughts, prayers and individual donations when the affected city / state could just get the aid they need from that crisis account.
