First time sub for for y'all's channel and it's been a non-stop constant binge since yesterday, minus the breaks for stuffing my face and hydrating! I've unsubbed and gotten rid of all my reaction channels except for 5 or 6 because being a now single father with shared and joint custody of the most amazing beautiful creation on Earth (my 8 year old daughter), being a multi-instrumentalist, being in a band, working full-time, got bored with so many of those doing the same thing the same way, then found y'all. Rather called to y'all. A diamond in the rough. Love it. Honestly my new favorite channel. Thanks so much.

Thank you very much. We are so glad that you’re liking what we are pitching your way! Mastodons one of those ‘oh boy’ bands Since Jared and I used to listen to two of their main albums together and I haven’t listened to them since he passed. I’m getting there with these songs and artists, but I just want to pace myself a bit because the feelings wash over me and I don’t want to take away from the entire experience. Too much of anything is it any good then watching me get triggered Might get a little uncomfortable and weird. You know what I mean?

Greetings from Wales UK, Loving your reactions, did you know Gojira is the Japanese word for Godzilla? Thats what the band was originally called but had copyright issues, so they changed to Gojira and it’s a name that fits them perfectly especially this song, I can imagine this song played with footage of Godzilla stomping buildings and Godzillas growls matching the singer Joes growls, even though yes I am aware thats not what the lyrics are about thats one image I get in my head haha, I believe the songs on this album are slightly Sci-Fi inspired & part of a concept album but the band are also very environmentally aware and sometimes explore environmental themes within their music in a very cool way. Keep up the good work.

#Katatonia - Velvet Thorns (Of Drynwhyl) Paraguay #Katatonia - 12 Guys! You should listen to Katatonia. It's a swedish band of Gothic Rock and Doom Metal... They were one of the first bands of doom metal also many people consider Katatonia as the founders of dsbm, this is because their sound and lyrics has very dark content. Many of them are related with death, suicide, isolation, depresion and other things but is just beautiful. For me, Doom Metal is like Dark Romanticism but expressed in melodies and lyrics.

Only reason I am not as 'into' Gojira as I could/should be is simply because I do not have any of their music on my mp3.. I only hear the occasional song through reaction videos mainly. What I have hard I do like.. and like it more each time I do hear it.. so I know I would love this band. Just a matter of not having the music to take to work with me where I do the majority of my listening. I may have to bite the bullet, so to speak.. and pick an album to purchase and.. rectify the situation lol. Peace
