Ken Bruce BANS Taylor Swift Songs ‘Until She Stops Writing About Her Exes’

Talk’s Kevin O’Sullivan is joined by media commentator Nigel Pauley to discuss comments by Ken Bruce, who said he’ll play Taylor Swift when she stops writing about her exes.
The Greatest Hits Radio presenter told The Mail on Sunday: “'All her songs are the same. I'll play her on my station when she writes something that isn't about her ex-boyfriends.”
The 34-year-old pop superstar brought her juggernaut Eras Tour to the UK in June, with dates in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff and London.
Sir Paul McCartney and Jon Bon Jovi were among the celebrities who were spotted at Wembley Stadium.

She’s not the only artist that finds inspiration from broken relationships, Why the big deal ? Some of the best songs ever written are about heartbreak and lost love , I doubt Taylor has ever heard of Ken Bruce , I’m not a fan of hers as I’m a few decades older than her fan base and into good old fashioned rock music , but leave the woman alone ffs, My son adores her but I don’t think it’s necessarily her songs he admires 😂😂😂

She has written over 300 songs since she was 12 years old and has released over 270; only around 20 songs are about ex boyfriends, but are the ones that have been played to death on radio.The rest of her discography has very diverse adult topics in different genres like country, pop, and indie folk. I believe Ken is the furthest thing from a misogynist. If Ken had to play Taylor swift songs he would. I don’t think he has anything against the girl nor modern music. His job is to play older tracks. I think Ken a great DJ and I think a lot of people (including myself) agree with his viewpoint.
