Ken Home was my father's favorite chief. I got my love for Chinese cooking and food from him. I have. Very battered and very used Ken Hom cookbook and I LOVE it. Apart from my pets it would be the next thing I'd save if my house was on fire!!! ❤❤

So glad to see you cooking simply home-style delicious dishes... Steamed fish is my favorite thing and I leaned towards Chinese cuisine greatly because of the pour-over sizzling oil techniques. It's always a hit
