I just ordered a set for my colorado. All 5 tires were $870 at walmart after tax. Im going to have all 5 tires installed for under 1000 total. The 35" looks to be the perfect size tire for that truck. You will get full suspension articulation, and turning, with no rubbing

I’m having issues with my kendas at 20k miles now. It’s like it develops a flatspot overnight when it cools overnight. And discount tire used 13oz to balance one too so I’m not sure it really needs that much weight either

Just put klever rt's on my D2 & i fkn luv it 🙂 thought they were gonna be super loud but there not, has a bit of a whine at 70km but quiets down more at 110km, my roof rack makes more noise, went with 265/65/17 fitted & balanced for $1040 aud & they look sick, very happy with em 👌
@avgdadgarage19822 жыл бұрын
I have been happy with them. They have gotten louder as they have worn but they are not bad similar to a Toyo MT or something comparable. I have about 20 K on them now.
@davebasey98632 жыл бұрын
I ordered the same set 35s one of the tires didn’t require any weight when balancing. No vibration whatsoever at highway speed’s it does have a little hmmm but that’s OK . Only reason I ordered them because it all the reviews were always very positive everybody seem very happy With the Kendra RT .

I have 22" Terra Grappler G2's that I'm looking to replace. I'm heavily considering Klever AT2/RTs, for literally half the price. My G2's have the same wobble at 74ish and I can't stand it. I don't think I've found a bad review in these yet
@avgdadgarage1982 Жыл бұрын
For the price tough to beat. They were soft and wore quick but that’s anything on a diesel truck. Good luck
@kylegeldmaker Жыл бұрын
@@avgdadgarage1982 you're the first person I've seen say they're soft, but that's good to know. How many miles did you get out of them? I have 30k on my G2s and they're probably 60% left.
@avgdadgarage1982 Жыл бұрын
@@kylegeldmaker I sold that truck with roughly 30,000 miles on the tires and I would say they were 70% worn. I typically don’t run tires down past about 8/32’s though I and I tow quite a bit.

How are the Kendas holding up. I also have a 2018 Ram 2500. Still running stock height. Waiting to break 100k before doing the leveling, upgrading the front suspension and delete. I have been using BFGoodrich KO2s and they have held up well. If you could, would you compare the Kendas to the BFs?
@avgdadgarage19822 жыл бұрын
They have held up well. Roughly 23kmi on them now and still have plenty of tread I'd say over 1/2 the tread depth is left. They have gotten a bit loud as they have worn. I've never had BFG's to compare them to.

Are you still running stock heighth, or do you have a leveling kit to clear 35s?
@avgdadgarage198210 ай бұрын
Truck was leveled and 35’s for with zero rubbing with that offset of wheel. With minor trimming it fit 37’s. There’s some other videos of the suspension and wheel offset sizes etc.

So how did the Kenda tires do?
@avgdadgarage19822 жыл бұрын
They were good. Here is a 28k mi update video. I have since replaced that truck with another. But the Kendas were a great value and I would buy them again. Not going to have a ton of longevity as they are pretty soft but they were a good tire… especially for the $ kzbin.info/www/bejne/qmLVlaGnpKxlmqc

Hey man I’m in loomis. Appreciate your videos. How’d your gas mileage do going back to the 35’s? I got a 21 ram 2500 with a carli 2.5” leveling kit on it that I’m debating 35/37’s on. Only use the truck to tow about 10k when we take the toy hauler and rzr out. Just don’t wanna kill my mileage and reliability of the truck
@avgdadgarage19823 жыл бұрын
Nice I’m from Loomis born and raised.. It’s about 1mpg difference from the 35 to 37. I will say the truck feels a bit more nimble on 35’s now. Towing it did fine on 37’s… with my toy hauler fully loaded 4 seat Rzr water and all was maybe 11k lbs tops and the truck has never felt sluggish pulling it on either tire setup… I will say on the 37’s in a year I cooked a set of brake rotors and had a rear right axle bearing go… may have just been by chance but who knows… they look tough on 37’s but I think with stock gears, in the long run your better off on 35’s. Just my opinion

@@avgdadgarage1982 thanks! Gonna stick with my gut and run the 35’s like I originally planned.
