@@dex9840 What actually impressed me more is that after probably Royce and Jay-Z Kendrick was the one to go toe to toe with Em, and both of them are like Batman. Given prep time they could go on for days. But Eminem is unbeatable in rap battles and features and Kendrick is unbeatable in albums. Kendrick is the only one currently to not have a flop album. Even em accepted that. And I'll highly suggest you to check out "Dead Wrong". The only person who murdered Eminem on a track is not alive today and that was the GOAT Notorious B.I.G. Although Em was pretty young and new at that time, the rap from Big E was just brutality.

its good for me to hear this interview and especially these two sitting together discussing Em and giving respect. As a person of African descent I've always had Em in my top 2 and maybe 3 of all time. I got either him or Nas then Kendrick. ye and Jay my pplz but I believe Em is able to see and understand perspectives. Just a humble, patient and intelligent person. Clearly hardworking and gifted. I'm saying all this because him and Das are not even my favourite rappers but I can recognize a great talent. Oh and Big might have to float in that top tier as well.
@edwin99901Ай бұрын
All that race talk is so silly and elementary, I think what eminem said on "Perspective Skit" on Royce Allegory album, regarding it's a matter what you do with the cards you were dealt (in this case. eminem being whte) to make a difference, is potent enough and that discussion can pretty much end there. But all that aside, Eminem is definitely solidified as one of the hip hop greats, and hes my top 3 as well, along with Kendrick and tupac.

No Kendrick is signed to Aftermath and Top Dawg, While Em is signed to Aftermath, Shady, & Web. Both are under Interscope and Aftermath. (And no Top Dawg isn't owned by Aftermath, it's owned by Interscope like Aftermath).

Kendrick is signed on the sane label but he isn't a part of shady records. they're both apart of aftermath and interscope

Its kinda crazy to see Cole and Kendrick be referred to as the best out right and will be legends, to be guests on an eminem tour years ago. Its really cole and kendrick casually talking about him. Rare kind of things for the future.

It's always been so cool to see Cole and Kendrick together. Two legends that are so great, it would be ultra rare to even see them in the same place! Let alone conversing. It's also weird and funny that both of them have songs that featured Drake, but neither have songs where they feature each other. (And I'm talking verses, not hooks) And another thing that would be cool, given that they are one of the Big Three's in Hip-Hop. It would be cool to see all three of them on one track together; written and produced entirely by them, and no one else! I know this idea might get some resistance from the... um... well, I wouldn't call them Drake Haters. More like "Anti-Drake Enthusiasts", for a number of reasons - ghost writing scandals included. But you have to admit...an idea of a track like this is so legendary, it probably would never happen! But if it did, well let's be honest, you're definitely going to listen to it eventually, and you're probably going to like it. Or at least I will. And if you don't, well, that's okay. 🙂
