If you really haven't seen the Betterhelp drama, it is horrible! Unethical conduct and borderline illegal behavior (if what it's doing is legal, it shouldn't be). Mickey Atkins has made a good video about all the problems; she is a therapist who talks about the ableism and safety risks that are encouraged by the app. I know that you sign contracts that you can't always break. Please rethink accepting any more sponsorships in the future

I think the reason this scored so low was because the Christmas aesthetic didn't seem to matter at all to the plot, such as it was.
