Kenny was my childhood hero. Listening to him anyone can see he is sincere, humble and very tactful in answering questions. A wonderful guy and definitely a perfect role model for any aspiring footballer in and off the field.

Sir King Kenny, the only accolade missing is Saint, which he should have received after his handling of the Hillsborough tragedy, or, rather, the amount of effort he put in to comfort the families. An honourable gentleman, humble, makes me weep, to be honest, I am (and always was) in awe of this man.

Without doubt the greatest Liverpool player of them all and the greatest manager of all I don't think even the brilliant Alex fergueson could have brought a club and a city through the 2 worst nightmares ever seen and continue winning with such grace as Kenny
@marcusclark5330
@marcusclark5330 3 жыл бұрын
if the 2 nightmares you are talking about are Heysel and Hillsboro, then the latter..granted and he deserves great credit...attended every funeral etc... which ultimately it seemed led to stress/mental health problems leading to him resigning and taking a sabbatical prior to Blackburn, the former I'm afraid Rocio if that is what you are referring too was far more of a "nightmare" for the Juventus fans who died, their families, the club etc and not to mention English clubs and english football which was banned from football for 5 years because of the charge of Liverpool fans to the juventus fans inside the admittedly dilapidated stadium

I don't think any suffering in Liverpool in 1985 comes anywhere close to the pain suffered in Turin. Ridiculous and offensive to try and claim anguish from that.

Or should have given him questions before or discuss before the taping. Therefore the question are limited to 1 or 2 every five minutes and let Kenny speak. Kenny doesn’t seem impressed with this interviewer because the answers seem snappy and allegorical.
