There's a Kenny Rogers/Letterman clip I recall, reminded by this compilation: It was from a video multiple choice quiz bit involving a big NYC crowded auditorium event like Comic-con or something like that, from the CBS Letterman in the late summer or fall of 1993 (maybe be bleeding into 1994). There's a video of a guy who looked like Kenny Rogers as Letterman read the quiz question, something like: "This man knows how to:... a) Hold them b) Fold them c)Walk away d)Run"
