It’s so true. Our Vegas nerve is damaged and reacts based on past experiences. The longer you ignore this the more damage you do. This will not stop until you start doing what you need to do which is love yourself. Know your worth. Please please please know your worth. You are worth it. You do have a purpose. ❤

Does your Vegas nerve make you want to gambol?😜 Beautifully intentioned comment tho!

@zetristan4525 isn't gambling a form or an attempt to gain relief "the win"?? So your comment is somewhat self refuting.

Thank you Kenny. People say” listen to your gut”… basically our gut is reacting to trauma. Thank you for clearing this up for me. I’ve often felt… I can’t trust my gut… it is in chaos. Now I know why

I have literally watched thousands of videos, spent tens of thousands on therapy and I got nowhere. I watched this video and everything makes so much sense. Thank you, I'm looking forward to creating time to explore and sit with this new feeling of calmness, confidence, faith and being the creative maker doer I can now see I am. This video is the one for me, everything aligned and your words hit with power, I feel this reoccurring "gut feeling" unlock, like a tightly tangled knot when you wriggle it around and loosen it and KNOW you'll be able to undo it! Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish you eternal peace and happiness.

My journey is 1. Keep in mind that God loves me and pray for his help. 2. Face my pain and accept it. 3. Identify the source of it. 4. Pray to be able to forgive the people who hurt me. 5. Feel free and at peace in this particular area of my soul. 6. Take responsibility for further steps : e.g. see my own flaws and act from that knowledge. 7. Accept the challenge to change (a real learn process). I got healed from my early traumas at the age of 33 (a year of hard work in pastoral councelling). But I'm still learning and working on things. My first steps in healing have made me able to face other pains mostly caused by the "bad choices" I had made before. Life is learning, with falling and standing up. I'm still making mistakes too but try to learn from them and go further. So many things you describe are in the Bible, a true mirror of the human soul. So exciting. Maybe that's why I feel so attracted by your videos and curious about what you're gonna say. I appreciate that you call the things for what they are : our own flaws and our responsibility in life. You made me cry once but you were right. Thanks for that !

I've had people tell me to trust my gut instinct but I'm like: "but I have dissociative seizures. My gut feeling literally causes me to collapse in public. I've got bruises from falling over and hitting the pavement (USA: sidewalk)" and they're like... um... you should trust your gut instinct. 😒 Really.

Ordered your book due to your soft sided and pragmatic message (it counters my hard edge). There are angry messengers. Broken messengers. Medical messengers (without the experience and true understanding). Arrogant messengers. And codependent messengers who are clearly overflowing with narcissistic traits if not downright borderline personality disorders. Then there are full of BS straight up narcissist BPD parading as as victims. It's interesting, at times disgusting ,what the Internet delivers. NB: What baffles me is why I don't hate mom. She laid the groundwork for how I define love and relationships. Kiss my 16 year old lips. Slap the sht out of me right after. Inner child won;'t even show me the bad stuff.

I agree however I have ignored gut feelings, assuming it was from a place of paranoia or trauma. It wasn't and I was nearly killed. Non american.

I am sooo sorry that happened to you!!! As a woman, when danger (and strangers) are involved you should ALWAYS TRUST YOUR GUT FEELING! What he's talking about is gut feeling during an already formed relationships! Not your gut feeling about a semi-stranger in a unknown situation. Those you should Always trust!!! And forget what they tell us as girls; to be nice, decent to everybody (even ppl who make ur skin crawl or perfact strangers). Fu.k what they tell us to do or to be as a "perfect" girl. That's beeing the perfect victim!

Get rebirthed 10 times and you’ll learn how to identify feelings and emotions and name them properly. You have to be able to breathe through the denial and trauma to truly see what you’ve been through and what you’ve avoided to cope. Once you’re no longer in denial through the breath body connection you’ll realize how you weren’t telling honest stories. If you tell yourself you’re angry when you’re really sad this is an example. You’re off base. How can you evaluate intuition properly if you can’t even evaluate what you’re truly feeling and be honest about it? You have to discover your North. Your feelings will show you the real trauma. Even very old feelings from birth. When you clean all that garbage you’re left with crystal clear intuition because you’re no longer telling itself false stories. You’ve basically gaslit yourself out of survival your entire life and you have to stop the gaslight. Feel it. Breathe it out and heal. Then you’ll know your intuition because you’ll be loyal to you l who you are without the lies you told yourself or they told you.

Great video, what would you say to someone that has a “gut” feeling about a relationship with someone who is loving caring and who you have a good chemistry with. We get along and have the same interests. But I just feel like I don’t “like her like that” even though she has all the amazing partner characteristics
@tomashill770311 ай бұрын
I can’t remember anything at the moment that resonates with this, so is this trauma free gut feeling ?
@kennyweiss11 ай бұрын
Unfortunately, I don't know you or your history, so I can't tell you. What I can say is that my books and my classes provide you with the process so you can understand why you are feeling this way and also the difference between the trauma gut and authentic gut feelings.
@alanalambert89142 ай бұрын
Why are you with her? This is so cruel you should let her go because she can find someone else if she is so sweet. Sorry but she don't deserve you. Sounds harsh but you can't be leading her on like that 😕
