I haven’t run into a PAA product I didn’t like yet. Atomic bay rum smells amazing and the aftershave lasts on me for around 8 hours plus!! Just recently bought the pineapple bay rum aftershave and EDP. Smells amazing too. Glad u like the CK6 formula. It lathers in seconds. Ck6 soap is (to me) the best shave soap I’ve found so far. PAA all the way!

Great Shave Ken! I have one of your brushes with the badger knot. It's a really good quality knot with excellent backbone. Kinda of a badger snob, so that is all I use. I also really like the Pol Silver blades. They are my go to blade. I have a very course beard and that blade mows right through it. I find it also to be a very smooth blade. I've been "fasting" two days a week (600 calories or less on Tues/Thurs). And I have an app that lets me track all of that. So, just basic exercise and watching my calories!

Happy Father's Day Ken! I've had a great weekend with my Daughter. I'm lucky enough to be her primary parent. Daddio power! Glad to see the 23c! I'm interested I'm the bay rum scent! Last one I tried was Captains Choice and I don't know if I got a bad batch. But it just smelled like formula and nothing else. No fragrance at all and it irritates my skin. But, if you like Bay Rum, try out Wet Shaving Products Blackbeard soap. I personally love it!

Great shave Ken. Glad you got a good doctor's report. PAA's aftershave splashes usually last around 12 to 15 hours depending on the scent you choose. His old Autumn Factory scent lasts a full 24 hours but Douglas Smythe no longer makes that scent.

Love PAA's Atomic Age Bayrum soap and the Aftershave. If you just use the soap alone, the scent stays on your face for only a short time. Fades off in about 15 or so minutes but the aftershave is advertised as EDP strength and I believe it. I am not sure about you, but for me, the scent from the aftershave last a very long time, almost 8 hours give or take a little, especially in an air conditioned environment. As for the soap and aftershave smelling alike, the soap smells great off the container but it is a shadow compared to the aftershave itself which has a great burn (if you had razor burn, you will know it) and smells really really great. The best part, Douglas made the scent without Cloves which for some people, literally gives them spice burn on the skin so it is less irritating. Also, your hands will still smell of Bay Rum for hours even after a gentle wash, unless of course you used really strong soap to remove the essential oils off the skin. I'm going to bet that Ken will be cupping his hands and sniff them from time to time and hours later be amazed that he can still smell the bay rum. 😁

Freaking love that razor. Still use it regularly. It honestly seems like it is damn near impossible, if not impossible, to cut yourself using it. I switch between this closed comb version and the open comb version that they have as well. Both are 3-piece razors with long handles.

Ken I love your videos. But please, PAA is not comparable to opening Sebum Gold. We don't send extra corks, because we make opening the product feasible the first time. No knife necessary. We offer a tear tab, though it may require a bit of muscle.

For clarity, we don't send extra corks out because we expect the corks to break. In fact I have never heard of this happening before. The extra cork is decorative and added as a bonus to be used when the jug is empty.
