Looks like a very beautiful spot. All the moss growing on the trees by the falls would make some epic pictures. Thanks for taking us along Eric

My favorite piece of winter gear is my Black Rock Gear down beanie. I have a black original and liked it so much I bought one in a cool orange/ tangerine color as a backup. Love your channel and thanks for the videos!

Beautiful shots. Thanks for advocating trail ethics. I'm not one to confront trail "DOUCHES" since it can be dangerous for many reasons but I do appreciate you talking about it here so all hikers new and old here a positive stance on trail advocacy. BTW, my favorite winter gear are my down booties that I wear in my sleeping bag on cold nights or they make great camp booties in feet of snow. If several people are wearing them you will form cute little snow paths all in an through snow camps and the snow doesn't stick to the bottoms of the booties. My other favorite is my skull cap. A simple thin beanie that covers my head and ears, protecting them from the wind, keeping in some heat but still letting my head breathe. Thanks again for putting out such great content.

Another great video! The question of the day is really tricky because there's so much winter gear that i love. If i had to pick one then it would have to be sealskinz gloves. 👍👍

This video was filmed with a Sony HDR-CX405. I recently switched to a Canon powershot g7x so this was one of the last videos I filmed with the Sony camera. I don’t use any GoPro products.

Great video. I got to admit, Oregon forest is just so pretty after a good rain. The contrasts of colors are so vivid. I totally agree... people need to stay on the trail and quit being so arrogantly stupid. Especially when the ground is wet. It's a great way to twist an ankle. And don't they realize, being rather obnoxious around other people, ruins the moments for others. No consideration. Hmmm... favorite winter gear...? I don't know... too many choices. But... I think I would go with something... meaningful, I guess... something money could never buy... -sigh- company of a great friend. ... But that's just me... I need nothing else.
