I think his voice is very underrated. He had(s) a very good rock and roll voice. Held up very well live.

Anthem for Vietnam veterans. When my brother passed in 2008 he had requested this song at his funeral also. Just saw the Headhunters today and the drummer did a 15 minute solo. These guys have been at it for 35 years and still going strong.

My first time catching this cover of "Spirit In The Sky," and I just love it when a band not only OWNS the cover they're doing, but do it justice at the same time!

I went to see this concert in Hartford, CT, in September 1992--the Headhunters and Billy Ray Cyrus. What a wild night. Part of the barrier broke between Cyrus and his fans, and it was all his security could do to keep him from being mobbed.

Happy birthday Eric Danielson of Dawson Creek, British Columbia. Rock n roll till the end. RIP June 3rd 1952 - July 2nd 2010 ( motorcycle crash ) He died doing what he loved. As weird as it sounds, he would have refused to die any other way then on his Harley with his snakeskins on cruising the empty, traffic free roads to the Yukon.
