Francis Kimemia should be the ones running the country. President should have Presidential Economic Council that meets monthly and as needed to advise government/ president on matters that can take us forward as a nation. PEC membership should be lean and drawn from the private sector, university dons, and technocrats in the civil service. PEC membership shouldn't be over 10 and only the best.

Kibaki had leadership skills and listened to people. Not this Ruto guy who has no leadership skills and uses arrogance to run the country. The people CS he has surrounded himself with are like him. For a leader to succeed you need to. Surround yourself with the best. He is so corrupt that he can bribe MPS to vote YES for a financial bill that was bad for the people. Everything is failing within his two year leadership, schools, education, hospitals, NHIF, judiciary and many more. Instead of listening to the citizens he keeps blaming every Tom, Dick and Harry for sponsoring the Maandamano. RUTO YOU ARE THE PROBLEM.
