I just installed the same cage on my 2012 Ninja 250r. My shins are hitting the bars when I shift or use the rear brake. Did your wife have the same problem? I’m 5’3 and my shoes are size 8. My boyfriend thinks my size might be the problem.

@@tammygraham4329 hi there! unfortunately yes she also does have that issue, she's 5'4" so she's about the same as you...I complained to the manufacturer but they said that is the best angle of the bars that works for the bike... :\

ahhhh i cringed so hard seeing the fairing having to be cut but it had to be done

yeah, sometimes proper frame protection has to go through the fairings..the ones that are diverted gets bent during a crash.

most frame sliders need the fairings cut. the ones that do not do not work. also..the fairings on this bike is so cheap. if you dont like it just buy new fairings.
